Image TransmissionList Item 1
Images and videos will be transmitted to the telemedicine provider of your choice. Otherwise the images and videos will be transmitted to the telemedicine provider contracted by Sound Discovery Veterinary Ultrasound.

ArchivingList Item 3
A copy of the images will be archived by Sound Discovery Veterinary Ultrasound.

DiagnosisList Item 4
Diagnosis will be provided by radiologist/cardiologist telemedicine report.
The referring veterinarian bears responsibility for any diagnosis.
